History

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs the same playbook ran in a different category: a creator roster, one number to protect, losers killed early. Valabasas is premium denim and streetwear, and I have not run that category. So the first ten creators are experiments, and the first month is about learning how Mr.Biker jeans and Punk Fest tees behave on camera.

Why now

  • $250

    International shipping has a line

International orders over $250 qualify for free shipping; under it, a flat $15 applies. A creator can speak to that once the lead confirms the wording.

    Published
  • SS/26

    A new drop is live

The homepage says the new SS/26 drop is live, so there is fresh product for creators to open on.

    Published
  • FW26

A second collection is already listed

The navigation lists an FW26 Collection with an Explore Collection link. That gives the next batch of videos a seasonal reason to exist.

Part 4 of 14

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views against a $1 target (Proposed). Every creator, format and hook is judged on it. The simulator reads $5.74 today, and I show that gap openly.

  2. One variable per test

Same Mr.Biker Snow Grey Skinny Jeans, new hook only. Seven videos per creator per week gives enough tests to kill losers early without guessing.

  3. Claims come from the product page

Fabric, fit and sizes only as listed: 98% Cotton, 2% Spandex; sizes 28–42. If it is not on the page, the creator asks in the channel first.

  4. Pay for output, bonus for breakouts

Fee and cap by band, plus $50 flat past 100,000 views. Nothing rewards hype, so a creator has no reason to overclaim.

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. MarcoMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: Mr.Biker Snow Grey Skinny Jeans, one hook only. Open on the knees: moto panel detailing and distressed accents. Seven videos, same hook, new setting each time.

  2. JessMon 11:15 AM

Can I say these are the same jeans the artists wear? The homepage names a few.

No. A name on the page is not an endorsement. Say what the product page says: 98% Cotton, 2% Spandex, sizes 28–42.

  3. Report botAppMon 9:00 AM

Weekly report posted: cost per 1,000 views by creator and format. The Punk Fest White Tee outfit swap leads. Two hooks are flagged to kill.

  4. MarcoWed 4:10 PM

Draft back on the Narcissist White Tee reveal: the caption calls it the best denim anywhere. Cut the comparison, keep the front and back reveal, resend today.

  5. Report botAppThu 6:20 PM

Rae's Nobleton Medium Dirty Blue Skinny Jeans fit check passed 100,000 views, organic only. $50 flat bonus logged. Hook goes into the library.

  6. MarcoFri 10:00 AM

Check before posting: do the captions match the claims sheet and the category rule? Reply yes and the video goes live.

Yes. Fabric line and sizes only, and the paid partnership label is on.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 14

Formats

  1. Knee detail fit check

    Brief 01

    Knee detail fit check

“These jeans have moto panels on the knees. Watch.”

Mirror shot head to toe, then close on the knees: moto panel detailing, ribbed knee panels, distressed detailing. One take, natural light.

  2. Front and back reveal

    Brief 02

    Front and back reveal

“Wait until you see the back of this tee.”

Face camera, spin on the beat. Show the front and back artwork, then put the 100% Cotton line in the caption.

  3. Sit, squat, walk test

    Brief 03

    Sit, squat, walk test

“Sit, squat, walk. Skinny jeans, tested.”

Handheld, head to toe, one continuous take. Say the fabric line once: 98% Cotton, 2% Spandex.

  4. One tee, three outfits

    Brief 04

    One tee, three outfits

“One tee, three outfits. Which one wins?”

Three outfit changes with cuts on the beat. The graphic artwork stays in frame each time. End on a poll sticker.

  5. Black tee, night out

    Brief 05

    Black tee, night out

“Getting ready in one minute. The black tee goes first.”

Get-ready montage, tee first. Close on the graphic, then the full look at the door. Vertical phone, one location.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Premium Denim & Designer Streetwear”, “98% Cotton, 2% Spandex”, “Mr.Biker Snow Grey Skinny Jeans feature a snow grey wash with moto-inspired panel detailing and distressed accents throughout the knees.”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 14

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Denim and fit-check creators

Creators already filming outfit checks in skinny, baggy and stacked fits. Found by scrolling fit-check tags and saved videos, not by follower count.

  • Sneaker and shoe creators

Shoe-focused creators who style Abel loafers or Yuratsu sneakers with denim. They bring a second product to every outfit video.

  • Parents of style-first kids

Parents who dress their kids in denim, for the Kids jeans and shorts. The parent films, the parent appears, the child is never the pitch.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

No affiliate or ambassador page was found on the site, so there is no inbound list. Recruiting starts with direct outreach from the brand's side.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Fits the range

Wears sizes the brand carries: 28–42 on jeans, XS–2XL on tees.

  2. 2Hook in the first frame

Past videos open on something visual or a clear line, not a slow intro.

  3. 3Real wear on camera

Prior posts show clothes worn and moved in, not just held up.

  4. 4Reads the claims sheet

Can quote fabric and fit lines without adding promises.

  5. 5Ships seven a week

Can deliver seven videos a week without quality dropping.

Part 7 of 14

    Likely product: Narcissist White Tee

  • Stacked-jeans streetwear

Likes the stacked silhouette and layered fits.

Likely product: Prescott Light Blue Wash Stacked Jeans

  • Sneaker collector

On-foot clips and unboxings, outfit built around the shoe.

Likely product: Yuratsu 100 Magenta Sneakers

Styles kids denim for school days and weekends, parent on camera.

Likely product: Kids Jr.Slim Black Wash Waxed Jeans

Layers crewnecks under jackets for cooler-weather looks.

Likely product: Risky Pink Thermal Crewneck

Left off, every time

Always out: anyone under legal age, and any child asked to speak to the sale. Kids pieces are shown by a parent only. Also out: creators who imply an artist recommends the brand, or who make comparisons the page cannot support.

Size call-outs on Mr.Biker Snow Grey Skinny Jeans

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • The artists wear these, so you should too

Names on the page are not endorsements; a creator must not turn them into one.

  • The best denim you can buy

A comparison the product page does not support.

  • Free shipping everywhere, no matter what

The site gives international orders under $250 a flat rate of $15.

  • These stretch forever and never lose shape

A durability promise that is not on the page.

  • Everyone is buying this drop

An invented popularity claim with no source.

  • True to size on everyone

Only the listed sizes are known, not how they fit any one body.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Free Shipping No-Minimum

Homepage copy says this, but international orders under $250 ship for a flat rate of $15. Confirm which applies before any video mentions it.

  • Orders by 4:30 PM CST Monday through Friday will be processed same day, or it's on us.

Confirm the guarantee currently holds and what on us means before a creator repeats it.

Part 10 of 14

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

Starter: a creator with a small but real audience, filming Mr.Biker or tee clips on the lowest fee and cap.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Standard: a creator whose first weeks hit the hook targets and who keeps seven videos a week steady.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Premium: a proven creator who moves jeans and shoes in one video, on the highest fee and cap.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month: $50 flat the first time a video passes 100,000 views.
  • Per video: the bonus attaches to the single video that crosses 100,000 views, not to the account.
  • Organic views only. Views bought or boosted by anyone do not count.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even if it took off.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 14

Simulator

Read it as: ten creators, 303 videos, 1.8M views a month for $10,050, so $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1. It works if 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

  2. Month 1

    Find the hooks

Seven videos per creator per week. Kill the bottom hooks early, keep winners in the library. Measure cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target.

  3. Month 2

    Cut and double down

Move weak creators down a band or out. Standard and Premium go to creators who hold cost near target on tees, jeans and shoes.

  4. Month 3

    Test the paid step

Send the top organic videos to paid. The simulator reads $5.74 per 1,000 views; this month shows whether real posts close the gap to $1.

  5. End of the quarter

    Keep, resize, stop

Review the roster against $1. If the gap is still wide, I say so and we decide whether to continue with fewer creators or stop.

  6. Ceiling

    Monthly ceiling

All ten creators at the top cap is $15,000, bonuses excluded (Proposed). It is a ceiling, not the plan; the simulator expects $10,050.

$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed

The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Category

Apparel rules for Valabasas creators

Denim, tees and shoes carry little risk, but the page names artists and makes a shipping promise. Creators stay inside the product wording.

  • Fabric as listed

Say 98% Cotton, 2% Spandex on jeans like Mr.Biker Snow Grey Skinny Jeans, and 100% Cotton on tees like Punk Fest White Tee. Never add a fabric benefit the page does not state.

  • No celebrity endorsement

Page copy names artists who wear the brand. A creator may not imply any of them recommends a piece, or that a viewer will look like them.

  • Shipping and processing

Free Shipping No-Minimum and same-day processing stay out of videos until the lead confirms them. International orders under $250 ship for a flat rate of $15.

  • Sizes and fit

Quote sizes as listed: 28–42 on jeans, XS–2XL on tees. No true-to-size promise for any body. Describe the fit you see on yourself, nothing more.

  • Kids pieces

Kids jeans and shorts are shown by a parent or guardian only. Children are never named, located or asked to speak to the sale.

  • Disclose the partnership

Every post carries the platform's paid partnership label and a clear mention. No post says the creator bought a piece the brand supplied.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
